Pink Highland Co. - Small business with big dreams.
Holcombe Wisconsin
Boutique - Consignment - Cafe
The story of Pink highland co.
Howdy, Friends! My name is Brandie Anderson, the owner of Pink Highland Co. which consists of Pink Highland Cafe of Holcombe, and Pink Highland Consignment & Boutique.
A sporadic move on March 28th, 2025 from Freeborn, Minnesota to Holcombe, Wisconsin, is when this journey began. What started out as an extra stream of income, turned into an expansion of consignment, boutique, and a cafe!
May 27th, 2025, I opened Pink Highland Consignment & Boutique, LLC in a small 750 sq ft suite in what is known as the Holcombe Mini Mall. From Day 1, we outgrew our space and the 'boutique' portion was put on hold indefinitely.
December of 2025, a much larger space came available in the same mall. 3,000 sq ft large! A vision of expanding into a consignment & boutique, then adding a small coffee shop, all started very quickly. Then, a friend suggested a cafe.
May 15th, 2026, Pink Highland Cafe of Holcombe opened it's doors to the community. Not having a cafe in town for a few years, the community welcomed us with open arms. Now, a few months in, we are being visited by many locals, and several out of towners who have learned about us.
We're even dabbling in a new venture of digital and paper coloring books in the Pink Highland Co. theme!
Thank you for joining us in this journey! Welcome to Pink Highland Co.!
